• 50% deposit on booking and 50% on arrival + 1 week or weekend-rate deposit returnable at the end of your stay on condition there is no damage to the property, or missing items from the inventory supplied
• Any required outside catering will be quoted and charged as extra
• Not suitable for families, or groups with children under 13 years old
• Prices include electricity, heating/cooling systems and satellite TV, but no telephone land line is available
• A daily maid service can be organised if required and charged as extra
